The Rubber Ramp mat is integrally manufactured from high-quality non-porous rubber. Dense, tough, slip-resistant and thermally insulating, it is purpose-built for livestock loading ramps and horsebox floors. It prevents slips and falls, blocks out cold and damp, reduces bedding consumption and protects the hooves and legs of horses and cattle. Wear-resistant and rugged, it is made for long-term, high-frequency use.

• Material: 100% high-quality non-porous rubber — dense and non-permeable, with high toughness and tear resistance that stands up to constant hoof traffic and abrasion.
• Thermal insulation and moisture barrier: does not absorb water and will not mildew, keeping the cold and damp of the ground away from livestock.
• Wear resistance: withstands repeated heavy loads, making it ideal for ramps, horsebox floors and other high-impact, high-wear positions. Can be cut to size on request.
• Backing: coarse fabric-textured reverse side for a secure bond and stable lay.
• Standard size: 12 mm × 1550 mm × 1750 mm; 65 Shore A hardness, tensile strength 8, specific gravity 1.25, 28 kg per piece.
