 Premium Rubber Stable Mat Overview

The upper layer consists of a high-quality rubber mat, and the lower layer features an EVA cushion underlay. The top rubber mat is compression-molded from premium recycled tire rubber crumb, with a thickness of 10 mm. It is surrounded by an integral rubber frame 40 mm in thickness. A 30 mm-deep recess is reserved at the bottom to accommodate the EVA cushion underlay.

The EVA cushion underlay is purpose-engineered for Thoroughbred flat racing, endurance racing, and daily high-intensity training. Its 65 Shore hardness value has been repeatedly tested to achieve the optimal balance between effective support and cushioning protection. It provides a stable, safe, and durable standing and exercise surface for competition horses.

Once installed, the EVA underlay is fully enclosed within the rubber mat, significantly reducing the risk of underlay damage. Each rubber mat is an independent unit secured with expansion bolts, ensuring the mats remain firmly in place without shifting.
